When customers ask AI for a business like yours, which names come back, and why? I research how AI answer engines decide which businesses to recommend, and help Malaysian businesses become one of them.
73 published studies · English, Bahasa Malaysia, 中文 · EasyFound tracks 6 AI engines

Asked in Bahasa Malaysia, ChatGPT still searched the web in English 87% of the time.

Why I started EasyFound
Why EasyFound exists
01 · The shift
Customers stopped searching. They started asking.
They used to type “dentist PJ” and scroll a list of links.
Now they ask ChatGPT a full question, and get a few names back.
Before · search box
Now · a question to AI
Can you suggest a good dentist in PJ? My son is scared of dentists.
02 · The gap
The answer happens where owners can’t see it.
Ten links became three names, in a private chat.
If yours isn’t one of them, you never find out why.
Most owners I meet know it matters. They just don’t know where to start.

Here are a few dentists in PJ that are good with children:
03 · How I got here
I wanted to know how search really decides.
I helped take a company I worked with to #1 in search within a few months.
What stayed with me was how it works underneath.
So when AI answers arrived, I started testing them: question by question, language by language.
04 · The bridge
So I built EasyFound to close that gap.
A tool that shows businesses what AI actually says about them, across six AI engines and three languages.
And helps them become one of the names it recommends.
The belief behind EasyFound
Every business deserves to be known for what it does best.

Why I research
“Best” looks different in every business.
What AI needs to see changes by industry, question, city and language. So I study each one on its own terms.
Every industry is judged differently.
For IT firms, ChatGPT repeated location and response times. For factories, it looked for certificates.
