How does EasyFound work? (Malaysia)
EasyFound · · 7 min read
EasyFound works in four steps for a Malaysian business. A free check shows what ChatGPT says about your business, and you go through it with us on a free call. If you hire us, we check six AI tools in English, Malay and Chinese, fix what they read with your approval, then ask again. We can't guarantee a recommendation, and this is our own page about ourselves.
EasyFound works in four steps for a Malaysian business. First, a free check shows what ChatGPT says about your business, and you go through it with us on a free call. If you hire us, we check six AI tools in English, Malay and Chinese, fix what they read about you, then ask again.
EasyFound is a founder-led AI SEO service based in the Klang Valley, Malaysia, and this page is our own, so read it as our claim, not a review. The figures below come from our research tests of Malaysian buying questions through OpenAI's API, with the location set to Malaysia, not from client work. We wrote it after one small test: on 5 October 2026 we asked ChatGPT "how does EasyFound work" twice through OpenAI's API, and neither answer cited our website.
How does EasyFound work for a Malaysian business?
EasyFound works as one free step and three paid steps that repeat. Everything below matches what our public pages say today.
| Step | What happens | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Free check | You give us your website and email. We look at what ChatGPT says about your business. | What ChatGPT says, and a free call to go through it. |
| 2. Check | We ask six AI tools the questions your customers ask, more than once, in three languages. | A record of who was named, which sources were used, and how you were described. |
| 3. Fix | We improve what AI reads about you. | Changes made by us. You approve each one before it goes live. |
| 4. Re-check | We ask the same questions again. | What changed, and what didn't. |
What happens in EasyFound's free check?
EasyFound's free check shows what ChatGPT says about your business, and then you go through it with us on a free call. It needs no credit card and carries no obligation.
The free check is a first look. It doesn't give you a score, and it covers ChatGPT, not all six tools. We sell AI SEO work, and the check is how we meet businesses who may later hire us. Other kinds of free check are compared in our guide to free AI visibility checks.
What does EasyFound's paid service do after the free check?
EasyFound's paid service repeats three steps: check, fix, re-check. We do the work, and you approve it. There is nothing to install.
- Six AI tools. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode.
- Three languages. We type the questions in English, Malay and Chinese, and keep each language's results separate. Why is covered in how EasyFound works in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Scope first. The pages to fix, the questions, the languages and the checking schedule are set before paid work starts, as our Malay service page says.
What a month of this work should hand you is in what an AI SEO service does each month.
How does EasyFound test what AI tools say about a business?
EasyFound tests AI tools by asking the questions your customers ask (say, "aircon servicing in Shah Alam"), not your business name, and by asking each one more than once. Our method page lists what we record: which businesses an answer names, which sources it relied on, how your business is described, and the date, tool and language.
We repeat questions because of what those tests found:
- Two answers rarely match. In our test, two ChatGPT answers to the same question shared 15% of the businesses they named. The causes are in why ChatGPT gives a different answer every time.
- First place moves. Across 208 pairs of repeat answers in our Malaysian tests, the first name matched in 63.
In the method page's words, "one answer is a sample, not a position". We count how often you're named across many answers. How that count is built is covered in how AI visibility tools measure ChatGPT.
We publish the tests, with their data, in the EasyFound Lab.
Who runs EasyFound?
EasyFound's founders run it and do the work by hand, for a small group of Malaysian businesses. The research is by Janice Pang, EasyFound's founder, and her page lists the published studies.
EasyFound's only website is easyfound.co. Our self-serve tracking tool isn't open yet. It has an early-access waitlist.
What doesn't EasyFound do, and what can't EasyFound promise?
EasyFound has three limits you should know first:
- No guaranteed recommendation. Nobody controls what an AI tool names. We improve what it reads, and it still decides. We don't promise a first place or a fixed timeline either.
- One check is a snapshot. With answers changing as much as they did in our tests, a single check can't show how often you're named. That includes our own free check.
- No proof of cause. A change after a fix is an observation, not proof that the fix caused it. We also can't see what a customer did after reading an answer, so we never put a sales figure on it.
Our checks may also differ from your own screen. Some run through provider interfaces, not the consumer apps, and the three Google tools are checked through a data provider.
How does a Malaysian business start with EasyFound?
Starting with EasyFound costs nothing, and you can stop after the first step.
- Request EasyFound's free check. See what ChatGPT says about your business, then go through it with us on a free call.
- Try it yourself too. Ask ChatGPT your customers' top question, say "tuition centre in Johor Bahru", a few times, logged out. Note who is named each time.
- Decide after the call. If you want our help, we set the scope before any work starts.
- Approve each change. We make the changes, you approve them, then we ask the same questions again.
EasyFound's AI SEO service checks six AI tools in English, Malay and Chinese, then works on the pages they draw on. The free check below is the first step.

Frequently asked questions
Is EasyFound a tool or an agency?
Today EasyFound is a done-for-you AI SEO service: the founders do the checks and the fixes for a small group of Malaysian businesses, and there is nothing to install. A self-serve tracking tool is being built, and as of 12 October 2026 it is an early-access waitlist, not an open product. Marketing agencies have a separate page on easyfound.co. This answer is EasyFound describing itself.
Does EasyFound guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend my business?
No. EasyFound doesn't control what an AI tool names and doesn't promise a first place, a mention, a timeline or sales. In EasyFound's own Malaysian test through OpenAI's API, two ChatGPT answers to the same question shared only 15% of the businesses they named. What EasyFound does is check, make the changes you approve, then ask the same questions again and show what changed and what didn't.
Do I need to install anything or learn a dashboard to use EasyFound?
No. For EasyFound's service there is nothing to install and no dashboard to learn. The free check asks for two things, your website and your email. In paid work, the EasyFound team makes the changes and you approve each one before it goes live. Results are explained in plain language.

About EasyFound: every statement about our service matches our own public pages, read 12 October 2026: the home page and its FAQ, the method page, the AI SEO service page, the Malay service page, the tool waitlist page and Janice Pang's page. We wrote those pages, so they are claims by the seller, not an outside review. We have a commercial interest in the free check described here.
Our data: no new counts were made for this article. Every figure is reused from a published EasyFound test of ChatGPT through OpenAI's Responses API with web search and approximate location Malaysia, not the ChatGPT app.
- Asking ChatGPT how EasyFound works: two answers to "how does EasyFound work", 5 October 2026, model gpt-5.4-mini. One gave no description. The other described general SEO steps from a directory profile. Neither cited a page on easyfound.co. Owned by our test of AI answers about EasyFound (CSV).
- 15% of names shared: 135 answers to 45 short Malaysian buying questions in five trades, each asked three times on 24 September 2026, model gpt-5.4-mini. The figure is the share of businesses two answers to the same question had in common, averaged over pairs of runs. Owned by why ChatGPT gives a different answer every time (CSV).
- 63 of 208 pairs: 377 saved answers to 152 Malaysian buying questions from eight tests, 24 September to 8 October 2026. Every pair of runs of the same question was compared. Owned by how many businesses ChatGPT recommends (CSV).
ChatGPT changes often; treat these figures as a dated measurement.
